How to Copy Colors from an Image in Adobe Photoshop CC
First select the Eyedropper tool and Left click on the part of the image/text/object you want to copy the color from. Once selected the Color picker will change to that specific colors Hex Color Code. You will now be able to use this color in any image/text/smart object to your hearts content.
