How to Counter Allied Cryo Turret Push (ft. Prof Snape) | Red Alert 3
174We are back to our Beginner's Build Order Guide series with the Allied Cryocopter Multigunner Turret Base Push! This aggressive and dangerous rush strategy can end the game within minutes, and is effective (to the point of having no hard counter against it) against both Soviets and Empire!
This build combines two deadly cheese rushes in one, and requires the defender to scout out & prepare perfect counters to both Cryo Rush and Turret Push in order to survive. As Empire lacks early-game anti-air (Jet Tengu cannot contend with Apollo before the Empire loses all of its economy), their must set up Defender VX turrets to save their harvesters from being frozen then killed via Vindicator's bomb split. It is then advised to set up Dojo Cores inside your base and mass produce Imperial Warriors in preparation for the shrunken Allied MCV that will soon arrive & unpack at your base, and drop Multigunner Turrets next to your refinery to snipe Ore Collectors. Should the battle draw out for long, you will need to upgrade Mecha Bay to Tier 2 for Tsunami Tanks that will (hopefully) overpower Turrets, and Striker VX that will (hopefully) fight off Cryocopter.
It is imperative to capture both Oil Derricks, as Allies cannot fight for them early on when committed to cheesing. It may also be helpful to attempt to break the walls inside Allied base using Tank Busters from a spare faraway Dojo.
