Hey everybody, IllogicalJJ here.
Yesterday I covered how players are using the Shores of Gold Tall Tale to activate the new Season 8 ship battles in the red sea.
In the comments of that video some players have mentioned a strategy that they used to overcome the red sea and win the battle.
So today I will be covering that strategy.
I have not tested this strategy so if you have experience using it, please let me know in the comments.
The strategy is to sail into the red sea, and use your bucket to keep the ship afloat.
Eventually the ship will de-spawn and respawn elsewhere.
You will now have the ability to sail anywhere in the map and the battle will still be active.
Technically this is also using an exploit as you are tricking the game into giving you special permissions.
According to the players you will now be able to trigger the Shores of Gold tall tale and sail into the red sea.
If you don't have the check point you will vote for the tall tale at morrows peak.
