VMware Fusion is a virtualization software developed for Apple's macOS systems that allows you to run multiple virtual machines on your computer.

After installing this software on your Mac computer, you can install and run a Windows, Linux, or macOS virtual computer.

Step 1: Visit the VMware website to download VMware Fusion 12 Pro trial version or free version Player on your Mac.

https://www.vmware.com/products/fusion/fusion-evaluation.html

Step 2: Scroll down the developer's website and download it to your Pro or Player computer.

Step 3: After downloading the Installer file with the DMG extension, double-click on it, and after the installation wizard opens, click the Fusion icon and install.

Step 4: Open Applications on macOS and run #VMwareFusion.

Step 5: In the Select the Installation Method window, select Create a custom virtual machine to create a manual VM and click Continue.

Step 6: In the Choose Operating System window, select the Windows, Linux, Apple OS X, VMware ESX, or other systems you want to install, and click Continue after selecting the system version.

Step 7: In the Choose Firmware Type window, select Legacy BIOS if you are going to install the old version of Windows or other systems. If you are going to install Windows 10, tick the relevant option and also Secure Boot since the system supports UEFI.

Step 8: In the Choose a Virtual Disk window, you can add the virtual disk of the previously installed VM to the VM you created again. To install Windows from scratch, select Create a new virtual disk and click Continue.

Step 9: In the Finish window, you can see the summary information of the VM you have configured. Click Customize Settings to further refine the VM's settings and add an ISO image.

Step 10: Click Processors & Memory under System Settings and assign 2 processors to the virtual machine and an appropriate memory value according to the RAM capacity of your host computer.

Step 11: Click CD/DVD (SATA) under Removable Devices and select Choose a disc or disc image from the drop-down list in the pop-up window and add the ISO file.

Step 12: Run your virtual computer and install Windows, Linux, or macOS.

Step 13: After installing the Guest operating system, click #VirtualMachine / Install VMware Tools in the toolbar and run the wizard.

Step 14: Install VMware Tools and restart your system to fit the screen resolution of your guest machine to full screen and transfer files with your Mac.
