Open the YouTube app on your mobile device and tap on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
Tap on "Your channel" and then select the "Library" tab.
From here, select the "Liked videos" option.
Once you are in the "Liked videos" section, tap on the three-dot icon next to any video and then select "Remove from Liked videos."
