Steps:
- Start by clicking the ‘Apple logo’ in the top left corner.
- Choose ‘system preferences’ from the menu that appears.
- In system preferences choose ‘users & groups’.
- Click the padlock icon in the bottom left and then enter your macs user password to continue.
- Click ‘unlock’.
- Now click on the user account that you would like to delete.
- Once its selected click on the ‘minus’ icon in the bottom left.
- Select what you would like to do with the home folder and then click ‘delete user’.
- That user account is now deleted from your mac.
