Steps:

- Start by clicking the ‘Apple logo’ in the top left corner.

- Choose ‘system preferences’ from the menu that appears.

- In system preferences choose ‘screen time’.

- You can see your screen time here.

- All apps is selected by default but you can click on an individual app to see the screen time for each app.

- You can also click ‘categories’ to see the screen time for specific categories of apps.

- In the top right, you can switch between days to see your screen time for other days.

- You can also click ‘notifications’ in the left sidebar menu to see how many notifications you got in the day.
