Steps:

- Start by clicking the ‘Apple logo’ in the top left corner.

- Choose ‘system preferences’ from the menu that appears.

- In system preferences choose ‘accessibility’.

- In the accessibility settings click ‘display’ from the left sidebar menu.

- Then check the checkbox to the left of ‘reduce motion’ to reduce the motion of your mac.
