In order to delete watch history, Open you prime app and then click on top right corner and tap on "settings" after that click on "clear video search history". This way your search history will be removed. Now for watch history, open for web browser and search primevideo.com, Now click on top right to profile icon and then click on "Accounts & settings". Now swipe the menu that has appeared below "Account and settings" and click on watch history. Now delete the watch history specifically or all at once.
