Reacting to a message with emojis always helps you to express yourself. unfortunately, android does not have the inbuilt reactions available to default message section. Now, Install google messages. Once it has been downloaded, set it as a default SMS App. Now, to react on the message another user must also be using the same application. Now, tap on top right corner --"general"--"Chat features"--"enable chat feature" and then save it.
