(0:22) For Group Policy Setting :
Computer configuration - Administrative templates - System - Logon. Configure Show clear logon background.
If you enable this policy, the logon background image shows without blur. If you disable or do not configure this policy, the logon background image adopts the acrylic blur effect.


(1:34) On Registry Editor Use Following Registry Path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System

(2:03) Name newly created registry DWORD as:
DisableAcrylicBackgroundOnLogon
