4. Create a "Policies" folder if it doesn't exist.
5. Inside "Policies," create "Google."
6. Inside "Google," create "Chrome."
7. In "Chrome," create "IncognitoModeAvailability" DWORD.
8. Set its value to "0."
9. Close Registry Editor.
10. Restart PC.
