9To disable mods in Fallout 4 and earn trophies, follow these steps:
Disable All Mods:
First, disable all the mods you have installed in your game. You can do this through the game’s mod menu or by removing the mod files from your game directory.
Make sure no mods are active before proceeding.
Load an Unmodded Save:
From the main menu, choose “LOAD.”
Look for your character’s name. You’ll see two characters with the same name, but one will have “(Modded)” next to it.
Load the unmodded character (the one without “(Modded)”) to unlock achievements again
