Locate the Wastelander Workshop and Automatron expansions in the DLC list and remove them.
Finally, launch the game, and the error should disappear.
Alternative Approach:
If you prefer a more permanent solution, you can uninstall the game entirely.
During installation, uncheck the problematic DLC (Wastelander Workshop and Automatron).
After installing Fallout 4, disable auto-downloading updates to prevent accidental reinstallation of the DLC.
