How to Disable ‘Your Weekend Recap’ Notification from Photos App In Windows 10.

Windows 10 Photos App manages to show you events from the recent past via its ‘Your Weekend Recap’ notification. Although it’s a good reminder, many of us do not like random alerts and that too, without approval. So, if you are looking to disable this feature, here’s a way to disable ‘Your Weekend Recap’ Notification from Photos App in Windows 10.

Recently, the Photos app in Windows 10 has started showing the "Your Weekend Recap" notification. If the notification is bothering you or if you don't like this behavior, follow the below steps to disable this notification.

In the recent Photos app update, Microsoft added a new feature where it automatically generates a new album from all your photos and videos. If you've recently taken or added new photos, then the Photos app will generate a new album and show a notification as a weekend recap after a week or so.

This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 10 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba,Lenovo, and Samsung).
