1) Press the Volume Down + Power buttons
2) Choose Erase and restart your Quest
3) Or open the Meta Quest app from your phone
4) Go to Menu
5) Select Devices
6) Choose your headset here
7) Go to Advanced Settings
8) Tap on Factory Reset
9) Confirm the changes
10) This way, you can factory reset your Oculus Quest.
