Follow the below steps:
1) Launch the Meta Quest app
2) Go to the Menu
3) Tap on the profile name
4) Tap on the three dots
5) Select Edit Profile
6) Tap on the username
7) You can only change your username once in every 6 months
8) Confirm and save the changes
9) This way, you can change your username on Oculus.
