[How To] Downgrade Fat PS3 From 4.66 to 3.55 Firmware Using E3 Flasher Tutorial (Part 3 of 3)
210This is the third and LAST video of a 3 part series that shows you how to downgrade a Fat PS3 that is NOR chip compatible with the E3 flasher. The same concept also applies to compatible NOR Slim PS3 as well.
In today's video, I will show you how to use the 3.55 Rogero downgrader, install Toggle QA and Condor Updater 3.1, and finally install OFW 3.55.

Alternative method to boot PS3 into recovery mode without using Condor Updater package:
a. With the PS3 on press and hold power till the machine turns off.
b. Hold power button again til the PS3 turns on then off again.
c. Hold power again until it beeps 3 times.
