To download PS5 games in Rest Mode, follow these steps:

Turn on your PS5 console and make sure you are logged into your account.

From the main menu, navigate to the "Settings" tab. You can find it at the top right corner of the screen, represented by a gear icon.

In the "Settings" menu, scroll down and select "System."

Within the "System" menu, choose "Power Saving."

On the next screen, you will see the "Set Time Until PS5 Enters Rest Mode" option. Here, you can choose how long your console remains active before entering Rest Mode. Select a time that suits your preferences.

Now, go back to the main menu and access the PlayStation Store.

Find the game you want to download and select it.

On the game's page, you should see a "Download" button. Click on it to initiate the download.

Once the download starts, you can put your PS5 into Rest Mode. Press and hold the PS button on your controller to bring up the control center. Then, select the power icon on the right side and choose "Enter Rest Mode."

Your PS5 will now go into Rest Mode, but the download will continue in the background.
