Has anyone else run into any joystick issues with the Simpsons Arcade game from Arcade1Up?

I put the cabinet together it last weekend, and I was quick to realize that the the Homer Simpson joystick did not effectively move the character to the left or the right, only up and down.

I did a bunch of research and then was able to successfully fix the issue myself.

To help everyone else out there who might be running into this same issue, I have produced this full step-by-step tutorial on how to easily fix the directional movement problem I was facing with the Homer joystick, as this could easily be applied to many other joystick issues as well.

However, I will say this worked for my specific joystick problem. There very well may be other issues you are facing. In that case, I recommend cotacting Arcade1Up directly.
