So this method is pretty simple, once you start the Quiet boss fight tag her, then open your iDroid and call a Supply Drop on her marker. Keep her busy by sticking your head up and down while the supply drops on her-- taking away half of her Stamina Gauge. Once hit, she'll change locations just rinse and repeat and that's how you easily stun Quiet.

Keep in mind that you can always replay the mission but if you want to have her as a Support Buddy you need to stun her on the very first encounter. I dont know if you'll be able unlock her if you kill her first try so dont risk it lol. Stun her first then replay to your hearts content.
