How To Edit and Update Contacts In Outlook Address Book [Tutorial]
Use the People page in Outlook on the web to create, view, and edit contacts, contact lists, and groups. Create new contacts from scratch, or add someone as a contact from their profile card. You can create a simple contact list for sending email to a group of people, or create groups for group-based collaboration.
Unfortunately, making changes to multiple contacts at once in Microsoft Outlook is somewhat complicated -- the process can be tedious, and, depending on how many contacts you need to edit, might take awhile to complete. To edit more than one contact at a time, you must group together the contacts based on the field you want to change (e.g., "Company" or "Business Address") and then transfer them to a new group containing the updated information.
This tutorial will apply for Microsoft Outlook 2021, 2019, 2013, and 2010 for both Windows (such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Samsung, Toshiba, Acer, Asus) and macOS (MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, MacBook Mini) devices.
