For weeks I didn't think there was a VSync option in Cyberpunk 2077 on PC, because it's not in the Graphics Settings Menu, rather it's in the Video Settings.
By activating VSync, and matching it to your monitors FPS output, in theory that should get rid of screen tearing. In reality the in-game VSync doesn't get rid of it completely, but I find it makes the game much more immersive.
