Enable the "WordPress Appearance Editor" option in WordPress website

Go to Cpanel (Web-Hosting)
1. Next "File Manager"
2. Click on Public_html
2. Search wp-config.php ----- Edit that (by R.click)
3. Search for --- define('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', true)
4. make it ---- define('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', false)
5. Save changes
6. Done.
