HOW TO ESCAPE White E.M.M.I. Cutscene Skip Softlock! (Details in description)
So I did a sequence break to get the Phantom Cloak early, but because I never triggered the intro cutscene for the white E.M.M.I., my path was blocked by this pile of rubble here. I ended up having to perform a "psuedo-wave" to hit the exploding core under the rubble in order to progress. If you happen to be in the same predicament, here's a step-by-step guide on how I did it:
First, hold down Y to charge your charge beam, and keep it held down. Next, you need to carefully nudge Samus up against the right side of the rubble. Don't move too far, or she'll just climb right over it. You need to bump her up against the edge of it, so that she does this cute little animation where she puts her hand on the rubble. Once that happens, you need to crouch down, and then turn to face the other way. Make sure she stays crouched while turning. If she gets up, you need to start over. Now, without letting go of Y, press + to go to the map screen. Now that the game is paused, you can let go of Y. After that, hold down RT (this will zoom in on the map), then hold down L (this will go to the mission log screen), and finally, hold the left control stick diagonally down and left (so Samus will be aiming towards the explosive core when you unpause). Now, while still holding down RT, L, and the left stick, press + again to unpause the game. If you did it right, Samus should instantly turn around and shoot a charged shot at the core below. It took me several attempts, but eventually I was able to hit the core twice, destroying the rubble and clearing a path forward! I learned this "psuedo-wave" technique by watching another YouTube video by Monado about how to skip the Drogyga boss fight. Here's a link to that video which goes into greater detail about the technique:

Good luck, and thanks for watching!
