**This is for anyone that has an older A00/A01/A02 Dell S3220DGF Panel and DOES want 120hz at 1440p thru HDMI for PC and Next Gen Consoles. Its Free to recieve a replacement!
**Any A03 manufactured date of after JUNE 2020 has the firmware already and does not need to do anything... you already are set for 120hz/1440p thru HDMI for PC and Next Gen. Any A03 before JUNE 2020: May, April, March A03 will need to be exchanged for the new feature. Comment for more info..

1# Monitor Validation
Dell needs to verify this monitor is legit and bought thru an authorized Dell vendor and will also validate the Advanced warrenty timeframe.
2# Reason for Exchange
The reason why you are exchanging is due to your older A00/A01/A02 panel NOT being able to display 120hz at 1440p which the Newer A03 Can... Include Screencaps or links to help in this process... (all 3 are included)
3# Picture Proof (more Validation)
Next they'll ask for a picture of the back of your monitor with all the info they need plus... you will need on a piece of paper to write the info stated in the video (they may ask you for some additional info if needed) This will validate both ends and is the proper procedure.
4# Work Order Issued/Tracking
Now with everything verified and validated they will give you an actual ticket/work order that will actually be the new replacement monitor. Additional Info is needed for shipment.
5# Approved for Delivery
At this point you are done and waiting for the Reference number showing shipment info... Good Luck and enjoy the new 120hz for PC and Next Gen gaming thru HDMI!
6# Return Older Panel
Now in the same box that the new A03 came in you will need to return your old one. Inside the box comes the Return Instructions. Send it back within 10 days to avoid collections. (This may differ Worldwide from retailer to retailer as Dell ships from the previous Original purchase invoice or from Dell directly)
