How to Find Rotom in Pokemon Sword and Shield (& Rotom Catalog)
278This is how you catch Rotom in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield! I' also show you how to get the Rotom Catalog to change it's form!
You'll basically need to beat the game to access everything you'll need to get Rotom and its various forms.
Go to the Lake of Outrage in the upper portion of the Wild Area using your water bike (unlocked after the 6th gym). Make sure the weather conditions are rainy/thunderstorm (change timezone settings on Nintendo Switch system to get the desired weather conditions). Find, battle, and capture Rotom. Go to Wyndon and go into the house second from the entrance to the Stadium (right hand side of the map). Battle the trainer inside to get the Rotom Catalog, and be able to change Rotom forms at will. Complete!
