Zone Selection:
The ritual site is located in different zones depending on your faction:
Daggerfall Covenant: Bangkorai
Aldmeri Dominion: Reaper’s March
Ebonheart Pact: The Rift.
Level Requirement:
There is no specific level requirement to contract the werewolf disease.
However, the quest associated with it is level 42, and the enemies you’ll face are around that level.
Finding the Ritual Site:
Head to the zone corresponding to your faction.
In The Rift, the ritual site is just northeast of the Giant Camp\.
Look for the Werewolf Ritual Site near the camp.
Quest and Infection:
Obtain the related quest by becoming infected by a werewolf NPC.
Once infected, Songamdir will be present at the ritual site along with three Pack Wolves after speaking with Thoreki.
During the quest, a portal to the Hunting Grounds will open next to the altar, allowing you to visit Hircine’s realm. The portal will seal after completing the quest.
