To change your character’s race in The Elder Scrolls Online, follow these steps:

Purchase Race Change Tokens: You can buy Race Change Tokens from the Crown Store for 3000 crowns. These tokens allow you to change your character’s race. You’ll find them under “Service Tokens” in the “Upgrades” category.

Log Out and Select a New Race:
Log out of ESO to the character select screen.
Click on the Race Change Token, which should be highlighted at the bottom of the screen.

Select the desired race for your character.

Skill Points Refunded:

Once you complete the race change, any Skill Points invested in your previous race’s Racial Skill Line will be refunded.
Progress in that Skill Line will be transferred to your new race.
