How to Mark Enemies & People in Elder Scrolls online (PS5, Xbox, PC)
To mark enemies and other players in Elder Scrolls Online, you have a few options:
Tab Targeting: This is a base game feature where you can press the tab key (on mouse and keyboard) or D-Pad Right (on a gamepad) to cycle through targets. While it doesn’t automatically hit enemies, it outlines them with a white border and slightly enlarges their target box.
Bunny Hopping: Especially useful for ranged builds, bunny hopping allows you to maintain line of sight over opponents’ heads, giving you a better angle on the player you’re trying to hit.
Target Marking Wheel: Hold down the tag button (default: tab key on mouse and keyboard, or D-Pad Right on a gamepad) to open the target marking wheel. From there, you can assign icons to the target you’re currently looking at. This works for enemies, other players, and most NPCs.
Highlighting Enemies: If you’re fighting an enemy, you can hold down the right thumbstick (or the equivalent on your platform) to highlight the enemy. This lets you see them through walls and obstacles, which is particularly useful in PvP against players who move around a lot
