this cheat engine tutorial shows you how to find unknown values in any game, such as stamina, health, food, thirst ..etc. I'm using sons of the forest as example, but process is exactly same in every game.
i'm also showing how to make a basic script that finds the values every time you start the game again, you can then save it as .ct table and it will work every time.
