How To Fix And Reproduce Item Moving Error 228 - Escape from Tarkov Bug
237Please note this might not be the only way this error occurs so my way to fix might not work for all item moving errors 228. Game version 0.10.11898
Steps to Fix ItemMoving Error 228:
1. Remove item on the right side next to the locked slots.
2. Press Back
3. Move any item to locked slots.
4. Press Back to force Error 228.
5. Invisible, retracted item is visible and extended again.
Steps to Reproduce Error 228:
1. Fold or retract (e.g. removing silencer) 'infected item'.
2. Put any item right next to the 'infected item'.
3. Log out and back in or go do a raid and leave it.
4. Slots of folded/retracted 'infected item' are now locked by error 228.
I really hope this video helps other players, but even more importantly the BSG developers to fix the bug altogether. This error is occuring to me for months now and I already sold 3 item cases because until now I couldn't find a solution to fix it.
