How to fix automatic driver updates causing issues in Windows 10 (2021)

So I got my new PC and realized immediately after updating everything that something was wrong.. and the culprit ended up being Windows 10 installing a driver for my GPU (that I didn't need) over my existing driver, therefor causing driver conflicts that resulted in stuttering and hitching. While you may not be having the same issue that I am, Windows 10 automatically installs drivers it thinks you need these days so this is something that may be currently happening to you or may happen in the future, and the program to "hide" updates from Windows is very handy in either case. Hope this video helped some of you. :)
