The Connection Failed error in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone can occur for a variety of reasons, including server issues, internet connection problems, or configuration settings. Here's a detailed troubleshooting guide to help you fix this issue:

1. Check Server Status
First, confirm that the issue is not related to server outages or maintenance.

Check Activision’s Server Status:
Visit the official Activision Server Status page.
You can also check social media (like Twitter or Reddit) for reports of server downtime or issues.
If the servers are down, you’ll need to wait until they are restored.

2. Restart the Game and PS5 Pro
Sometimes, the simplest fix is restarting your game or console to resolve temporary connection issues.

Restart the Game: Close the game completely and then relaunch it.
Restart the PS5 Pro:

Hold the power button on your PS5 until it turns off completely.
Wait for 1-2 minutes, then power it back on.
Reopen the game and check if the issue is resolved.

3. Check Your Internet Connection
A weak or unstable connection is a common cause of connection failures.

Test Your Internet Connection:
Go to Settings - Network - Test Internet Connection on your PS5 to check your download/upload speeds.

If your internet speed is slow or the connection is unstable, try the following:

Use a Wired Connection: Plug your PS5 directly into your router using an Ethernet cable for a more stable connection.

Reset Your Router: Unplug your router for 30 seconds and then plug it back in.

Move Closer to the Router: If you're using Wi-Fi, ensure you're within range of your router for a stronger signal.

4. Disable Crossplay (Optional)
Crossplay issues between different platforms can sometimes cause connection failures.

Disable Crossplay:
In the game, go to Settings.
Navigate to Account - Crossplay and disable it.
Restart the game and check if the issue persists.

5. Check NAT Type
A strict or moderate NAT type can cause issues when trying to connect to multiplayer servers.

Test Your NAT Type:
Go to Settings -Network - View Connection Status on your PS5 to check your NAT type.

Ideally, you want your NAT Type to be Type 1 (Open) or Type 2 (Moderate). Type 3 (Strict) can cause connection issues.

If you have NAT Type 3, consider enabling UPnP or port forwarding on your router. You can also check with your ISP for assistance.

6. Clear the Cache on PS5 Pro
Corrupted cache data can sometimes cause connection problems. Clearing the cache can help.

How to Clear Cache:
Turn off your PS5 Pro completely (hold the power button until it beeps twice).

Unplug the power cable and wait 30 seconds.
Plug it back in and turn on the PS5.
Relaunch the game and check if the error is fixed.

7. Update the Game and PS5 System Software
Outdated game files or system software can also cause connection problems.

Update the Game:
Go to Library - Installed Games - Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 or Warzone and check for updates.

Install any available updates.
Update the System Software:

Go to Settings - System - System Software- System Software Update and Settings.

Select Update System Software and ensure your PS5 is running the latest version.

8. Reinstall the Game
If you’ve tried everything and the error persists, reinstalling the game can help resolve any corrupted files.

Reinstall the Game:
Go to Settings - Storage - Games and Apps.

Select Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 or Warzone and select Delete.
Re-download and install the game from the PlayStation Store.
