i have a windows 8.1 64x base pc acer

After restored my pc to factory condition , for a fresh start. I tried to install World of tanks first before any windows updates or anything else, ( I disable the updates, when i pick to have the updates installed manually after restoring the pc.) It installed the game and the directx that came with it, but the game didn't start again, so i downloaded this Directx 11.2 file again. But this time, it didn't have a problem running or installing. So i try World of tanks, and it works fine. Both ways work for me, But this second way takes long and i still have to update the pc, and hope the new updates don't mess it up. If you factory restore your pc, make sure you are aware of what you are doing and backup and save things. After my first set of updates about 190 of them, minus the one i didn't want. The game still plays ok.
