If you just bought or rented a movie with Google Play and you are seeing an error that says "This video format is not supported" you might be going crazy trying to fix it. The assumption might be that you bought the cheaper SD version for an HD device, or you bought HD when you should have gotten SD, but it's very unlikely that's the problem.
