1. Open config.ini, and within the top section titled "Gameplay", you should see a line like this:
//Enable vertical look with the mouse
mouse_vertical_look = "1" // 0 or 1

Add another line below it for horizontal look with mouse:
//Enable horizontal look
mouse_horizontal_look = "1"

2. Try setting your monitor distance coefficient to 0.00

3. ADS Sensitivity Transition Timing- Instant, ADS Mouse Sensitivity Mode - Relative, Mouse Acceleration - 0 Mouse Smoothing

4. MW sensitivity x 1.15078236 it should give you your sensitivity for Cold War.
