Here are the steps to fix the problem of not connecting to a hidden Wi-Fi network on Xbox Series X:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Navigate to Profile & system - Settings - General - Network settings - Set up wireless network.
Select Add wireless network.
Enter the name of the hidden Wi-Fi network and select Next.
Enter the network password and select Next.
Select Done.
If the above steps do not work, you can try the following:

Reboot your console.
Check the password.
Disconnect some devices from Wi-Fi.
Move closer to the router.
Check MAC Filtering.
Update Xbox Software.
