To turn off your Xbox Elite Controller on a computer PC, you can try the following methods:

Remove the battery pack: This is the most reliable way to turn off an Xbox controller on a PC. Simply slide off the back battery cover and remove one or both batteries. Your controller will remain off until you power it back on again.

Hold down the Guide button: The official way to turn off a wireless Xbox controller is to hold down the Guide button for six seconds. It is the large Xbox logo in the center of the controller. Some users report that this method does not work when gaming on a PC, which is why removing the battery pack may be your best bet.

Disconnect Bluetooth: If you are using a wireless Xbox controller via Bluetooth, you can turn it off by disconnecting it from your PC. Navigate to your computer’s Bluetooth settings and disable Bluetooth to sever the connection between your PC and your controller. The controller should then turn off as well.
