If your PS5 light keeps blinking blue, its due to any of the following reasons.

You have pulled the power cable directly from the main wall to shut down the console.
Video output resolution settings are misconfigured on the console.
Your PS5 is running on an older software version.
PlayStation 5 power or HDMI cable is malfunctioning.
The console’s hard drive or data is corrupt.

So to resolve this problem The first thing you need to do is access the console’s Safe Mode by Pressing and holding the power button on your PS5 for three seconds to get it to shut down completely.
Once the PS5 is off, press and hold the power button and release it on the second beep.
Now the console will boot in Safe mode. Connect the console to the controller with a USB cable and press the PS button on the controller.

If your Play Station isnt booting into the safe mode, there might be a few bent pins on the power cord or HDMI cable. To test this, plug the HDMI cord to a different HDMI port on your displayto see if you can get into safe mode. If the issue persists, replacing the faulty cable with the new one is your best bet.

The Steps to Power Cycling the PS5, Resarting the Console Through safemode, chaning the HDCP Mode and Updating the sytstem software will be on screen. To save you time and get your console up and running as soon as possible I dont want to make the video any longer than it needs to be.
