Here is a no BS guide to fixing stick drift with the dual sense controller.

The first method is to Make Sure Your PS5 and PS5 Controller Are Up-to-Date by simply Checking your controller software by pressing the PS button, open Accessories, choose the wireless PS5 Controller.

The 2nd method is to Reset Your Controller to do this Turn off the PS5 console. On the back of your controller, there's a tiny hole to the right of the Sony logo. Press and hold that down for five seconds using a paperclip.

The 3rd Method is to Disconnect and Reconnect the Controller to Bluetooth, to do this hit the PS button, open accessories, choose the wireless PS5 Controller and Disconnect it from Bluetooth then reconnect it.

The 4th Method is to Adjust the Triggers by going back into the controller settings and change the Trigger Effect Intensity - turn it off, then back on again, or on if it was off.

The 5th Method is to Clean the Analog Stick, doing this is self explanitory. If you've been eating doritos and then playing games, you probably got some cheese crust in there, so take time to clean that out lol

Anyways if none of this works, contact Sony to either send the controller in for repair or to have it replaced.
