Check the Batteries: Ensure the batteries are properly inserted and have enough charge. Sometimes, simply replacing the batteries can solve the issue.
Restart the Firestick: Unplug your Firestick from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, and then plug it back in.
Re-pair the Remote:
Hold down the Home button on your remote for about 10 seconds to re-pair it with the Firestick.
If that doesn’t work, try holding the Left button, Menu button, and Back button simultaneously for 12 seconds, then release and wait for 5 seconds before trying to pair again.
Clear Obstructions: Make sure there are no obstructions between the remote and the Firestick. Even though the remote is wireless, it still needs a clear path to connect.
