Resetting Your Firestick Remote
Unplug the Firestick: Disconnect your Firestick from the power source and wait for 60 seconds.
Press and Hold Buttons: On your remote, press and hold the Left, Menu, and Back buttons simultaneously for about 12 seconds.

Release and Wait: Let go of the buttons and wait for 5 seconds.
Remove Batteries: Take the batteries out of the remote.
Reconnect Power: Plug your Firestick back into the power source and wait for it to turn on.

Reinsert Batteries: Put the batteries back into the remote.
Pair the Remote: Press and hold the Home button on the remote for about 10 seconds until the blue light starts flashing. This indicates that the remote is pairing with the Firestick.

Connecting to a New Firestick

Turn on the New Firestick: Plug in and power on your new Firestick.
Pair the Remote: Press and hold the Home button on the remote for about 10 seconds. The remote should automatically pair with the new Firestick. If it doesn’t, try pressing the Home button repeatedly until it connects
