Step 1) Rename/Delete the file sl.pcl.dll file, create a backup first
C:\XboxGames\The Elder Scrolls IV- Oblivion Remastered\Content\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\nvidia\DLSS\Streamline\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64
Step 2) Allow the game exe file to Antivirus program/Windows Security & firewall
Step 3) Try different Windows power plans, try high/balanced/power saver and check which is working fine for you
Step 4) If using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, lower down performance core ratio to 56x/55x
Step 5) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, disable full screen optimization, try compatibility mode.
