I get the following error message while try to access the Jio 4g voice app for calling purpose:

Voice call

Unable to place call.Please connect to jio's 4G network to use Jio4G Voice.Would you like to call through phone instead?

CANCEL YES.

This error solution is common for android,tablets,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marsh mallow.






Some error occurring devices are samsung,jio reliance phones,micromax,lenovo,htc,panasonic,one plus one,honour,vivo,gionee,redmi,moto,galaxy devices,sony,nexus and iphone also.



Solution:

1.Before going to the solution first enable data connections.

2.Goto your android settings and then click "more" option.

3.Enable "4G" service.

4.Now again go to your jio app and try to call to your frds.

5.The problem is solved.
