I made this video on how to fix the Steam PC version of the Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver. This fix gives the game the proper widescreen aspect ratio, adds subtitles and also kinda fix the controls if using a gamepad instead of the keyboard. It also adds some kind of achievements in the game. For a long time now, this game has been plagued with glitches and issues. The only way to fix this game was to look up ways online. The console versions are okay but the PC versions weren't really fixed. It's an old game that originally came out in 1999 for the PC and Playstation. The game also came out for the SEGA Dreamcast in 2000. The game was developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Eidos Interactive. They're known for the Tomb Raider games. The game IP is now owned by Square Enix known for the Final Fantasy franchise so it's up to them to do with this franchise as they please. Fans have been begging for a new game but after the cancellation of the planned Legacy of Kain Dead Sun that's highly unlikely. The Legacy of Kain series is in gaming limbo and will be stuck there for good unless it's brought back somehow.
