In this video I show how to change the screen size and aspect ratio of the fighting game engine MUGEN aka WinMUGEN. You basically just change some numbers like 640x480 which is 480p, 1280x720 which is 720p and 1920x1080 which is 1080p. I haven't tried 4K quality, yet which is 3840x2160 which might be way too big. This increases the size of the screen window for MUGEN. If the game starts to slow down, then lowering the quality resolution to something like 640x480 aka 480p might fix that problem. It's not really that complicated to do once you figure it out. You just go back to the file that you needed to edit using notepad and change some things.
