To get a grid and level overlay on the Camera app using your iPhone, follow these steps:

Enable the Grid Overlay
Open Settings:

Tap on the Settings app icon on your home screen.
Go to Camera Settings:

Scroll down and tap on Camera.
Turn on the Grid:
