If your upload speed is good enough (over 10 mbps) but streaming on Twitch still gives you dropped frames due to network issues, or you just want to get a higher bitrate on Twitch, this video is perfect for you! Twitch does not allow me to stream with a bitrate over 4000 kbps which is weird because I have have a 10 mbps (10000 kbps) upload speed. I use a multi-streaming platform called Restream.io to reroute my stream to their servers, then to Twitch to solve this issue. I hope I helped all of the aspiring streamers out there with this fix!
