Below is the way to find Envenom's rune, Rune of Venom. This works for both factions.
At Durnholde Keep in Hillsbrad Foothills, behind the building with Tog'thar there is a vendor. Purchase Hot Tip for 75.
Open Hot Tip to receive Safe Combination.
The map tells you to "Follow the river North; past the Alterac Mountains. What you seek lies beneath the falling rapids." Follow the river North until you reach the Plaguelands. You'll see a waterfall with a chest at the bottom that contains this Rune.
